Two places open this quarter

See where the money went

I run Meta and Google ads for businesses spending $1,000 to $40,000 a month. I rebuild the campaigns, cut whatever is wasting money, and send you a report every week that you never have to ask for.

01 — What goes wrong

Three things
I find every time

All three came out of one real account, in one sitting. The owner had been checking his monthly summary the whole time. None of this was visible there.

0

Some customers cost four times more than others

In one account an enquiry cost anywhere between $1.41 and $6.37. Same product, same month. The summary shows one number, $2.49, and it looks perfectly reasonable — which is exactly why nobody goes looking for the expensive half.

0

The ads run in the wrong cities

One campaign was set up for a single city and spent 80% of its money everywhere else, some of it in another country. Nobody did this on purpose. One setting was wrong and it stayed wrong for months.

“ ”

Enquiries from people who never enquired

“I called the contacts you sent. The ones who picked up said they never filled anything in.” Facebook forms are easy to tap by accident. Worse, every empty contact teaches the system to go and find more people just like them.

How much of each campaign’s money reached the city it was set up for

Six campaigns · one account · four months

The full width of each row is that campaign’s whole budget. The blue part is what reached the right city.

Money that reached the city each campaign was set up for Four of six campaigns kept less than half their budget in the right city. The worst kept 20 percent, the best two kept 98 percent. Campaign 1 kept 20.3% of its budget in the right city Campaign 1 20% Campaign 2 kept 33.1% of its budget in the right city Campaign 2 33% Campaign 3 kept 45.2% of its budget in the right city Campaign 3 45% Campaign 4 kept 50.0% of its budget in the right city Campaign 4 50% Campaign 5 kept 98.0% of its budget in the right city Campaign 5 98% Campaign 6 kept 98.0% of its budget in the right city Campaign 6 98%
Reached the right city Went somewhere else
Four campaigns out of six sent more than half their money to cities they were never set up for. The worst kept only 20% where it belonged. The two that were set up correctly kept 98% — that is what a working campaign looks like.

None of this is unusual. It is simply what happens when nobody looks past the top line.

02 — What you get

Four things,
nothing else

I do not sell brand awareness or monthly activity. Every job ends in a number you can check against your own bank statement.

A/01

Instagram and Facebook ads

I rebuild the campaigns, test the videos and images, and watch who actually replies. The waste comes out in the first week. After that the budget moves to whatever brings real buyers.

One page with one job: send people who are just looking on their way, and take the phone number of anyone who is ready. The enquiry appears in your CRM and in your sales chat the same second. I design it myself, so nothing waits in a queue.

The same system I use on my own accounts, set up on yours. It keeps an eye on the spending, tells you before the money runs out, and writes the weekly report on its own. Nobody has to log in anywhere.

Facebook forms were producing contacts who denied ever filling anything in, and the sales team was losing days calling them. I replaced them with a page that asks four questions first. Real enquiries now reach the CRM and the sales chat instantly, and the advertising learns from actual buyers instead of accidental taps.

04 — The system

Your ad accounts,
reporting themselves

I wrote this because putting reports together by hand was eating five hours every Friday. It is now a dashboard inside Telegram watching 29 accounts. You can have it on yours.

It checks every 15 minutes

Ads stopped, a payment failed, the account hit a limit. You hear about it from the system, not from a customer asking why your ad disappeared.

It warns you before the money runs out

A day before the balance runs out, and again before the next card charge. A payment that fails on a Friday evening stops being something you find out about on Monday.

The weekly report writes itself

Seven pages: what was spent, how many enquiries came in, what each one cost, which campaigns and which videos did the work. In your chat every Friday, good week or bad.

A plan per account, checked daily

Set a monthly budget for each account, how many enquiries you want and what you are willing to pay for one. The dashboard puts how far through the month you are next to how far through the plan.

The numbers land in your spreadsheet

Every day the spending and the results go straight into Google Sheets, so you, your accountant and I are all looking at the same numbers.

05 — The obvious question

Why hire
someone in Tashkent

Fair question, so here is the straight answer rather than a paragraph about passion.

You pay for the work, not the office

Facebook and Google work the same wherever you sit. What changes is overhead. An agency bills you for a floor full of managers. Here you pay one person to do the work.

The timezone works

GMT+5 covers the Gulf entirely, overlaps Europe all afternoon, and reaches the US East Coast every morning. When something breaks overnight, I am already awake for it.

You get the person doing the work

No salesperson on the call and a junior on your account afterwards. The person you speak to is the person in your account, and the same person who wrote the reporting system.

Worth a conversation if

  • You spend at least $1,000 a month and want to know where it goes
  • You sell something you can count: an enquiry, a booking, an order
  • You inherited an account nobody has properly looked at in a year
  • Your reports arrive late, or only when you chase them

Probably not a fit if

  • You want brand awareness with no conversion attached to it
  • You spend under $500 a month, where there is too little data to improve anything honestly
  • You need someone physically in your office
  • You want to decide the settings yourself and have me press the buttons

06 — Packages

Fixed price,
fixed scope

The advertising budget is separate and you pay it straight to Facebook or Google. I never hold your card and I take no cut of what you spend on ads.

If the audit finds less than it costs, you do not pay for it

This whole page argues that ad accounts leak money. So if I open yours and cannot show you more waste than the $290 I charged, the audit is free and you keep the report anyway. I have not had to do that yet.

07 — How it goes

Three weeks
to a clean account

Step 01  /  Days 1–5

Audit before promises

I look at the account before promising anything. If I cannot see a way to improve it, I will say so instead of selling you a year of monthly fees.

Step 02  /  Weeks 1–2

Rebuild and launch

New campaign structure, new creative, tracking checked from click to enquiry. Nothing goes live until a test enquiry has actually arrived where it should.

Step 03  /  Ongoing

Report without being asked

The numbers arrive every week, good or bad. When something breaks you hear it from me the same day, usually within the hour.

08 — Who you are hiring

One person,
not a queue

I run ads and I write code. Three years of buying traffic for an agency in Tashkent, currently a dozen live projects and 29 accounts under watch. When the reporting was eating five hours every Friday, I wrote the system that does it instead. That same system is what I install for clients.

You work with me directly. Nobody passing your questions along, and nobody learning the job on your budget.
